Welcome to Animal Instinctive! At Animal Instinctive, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality t-shirts and apparel with one-of-a-kind designs. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC only. Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or AA, AE and AP military addresses.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $4.95 USD. Standard shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $50 USD or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.
Made-to-order production
Each shirt is made to order. Production time is separate from transit time. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- All merchandise must be in new condition or condition upon delivery.
- Returns are accepted for 14 days starting the day of delivery for any reason.
- If item is defective upon delivery, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Payment Methods:
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods.
Privacy Policy:
- Your privacy is important to us. We only use your personal information to process your order and provide customer service.
- We do not share customer information with third parties, except as needed for payment processing and shipping.
